During your individual training period, you will get to know the entire hotel from the guest's perspective, then your personal work area and also the departments of your colleagues. During this time, you will of course be accompanied by a colleague who will help you with words and deeds to internalize our service standards, the rhetoric catalog and your departmental responsibilities. As an employee of our resort you are entitled to a comprehensive service package. Fair payment and electronic time recording are a matter of course for us.
