The benefit of this system is that you do not have to hold a real golf club in your hand and do not have to concentrate on hitting the ball. Therefore, your full attention is focused on the sequence of movements of your swing, which you can optimize precisely under the professional guidance of your trainer. Individually adjustable difficulty levels of the resistances can be adapted to the different needs of beginners and professionals. Especially the "long game" is trained with this system, because the own movement pattern of the swing can be split into single exercises to train them in detail. Already 10 minutes within a pro-hour can make itself felt in your swing!
TechnoGym Kinesis PERSONAL VISION
The Kinesis PERSONAL VISION wall is specially designed for the application areas "strength and muscle building", as well as "mobility and injury profile axes" and perfectly complements the cardio and strength equipment in our fitness area in the Lindentherme. Therefore it is also an ideal training device to stay fit not only during the golf season. The direct visual feedback via the mirrors lets you see immediately whether an exercise is being performed effectively and the very finely adjustable resistances allow the training to be perfectly adapted to you.
After you have analyzed the suitable exercises with your pro, the room can be booked for 30 minutes each via our GolfOffice. This way you can continue to work on your success without being disturbed!
