On behalf of the Landesgolfverband (GVST), the Spa & GolfResort Weimarer Land manages the training for the golf students of the Pierre-de-Coubertin-Gymnasium in Erfurt. At the special school for sports, talented young athletes can combine their school and sports careers.

Under the direction of sports coordinator Franz Reimann and coach Laurids Lohr, the upcoming athletes train under optimal conditions at the Spa & GolfResort Weimarer Land:
 

• 45-hole golf course
• Driving range with covered teeing grounds
• Putting & chipping areas
• Scope, Trackman & Logical Golf
• Indoor simulator hall
• Cardio area with course room
• Running tracks
